The Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is a nationally recognized and accredited program that equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform Basic Life Support, including CPR.

DURATION:
1 hour online + 30 minutes practical in class


COST:

$75 per person

PRE-REQUISITES:

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required for your certificate to be issued.

ASSESSMENT:

This is an assessment-only course.
If you haven’t completed a First Aid course in the last three years, we recommend enrolling in a full First Aid course, as successfully completing the above assessments without prior learning may be challenging.


The Provide CPR course consists of both theoretical and practical assessment components.

Participants are required to complete a pre-course learning module prior to the practical session.

 

PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT:

Participants will be required to:

  • Perform CPR on an adult (including the use of an AED and placing a casualty in the recovery position)

  • Perform CPR on an infant
     

Please note that all participants must be able to perform at least two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on both an infant resuscitation manikin and an adult resuscitation manikin placed on the floor using the correct technique to be marked as competent.

 

OUTCOMES:

Upon successful completion of this CPR course, participants will receive a nationally accredited statement of attainment​​
